Buggar!

So last night I lay awake thinking about work, so rather than disturbing the wife, I decided to sneak out of bed and hit the laptop.  Although I got lots of work done, I didnt get to bed until 2am, hence I missed the 5.30am alarm for my morning swim.

So my good mid week has been broken. Need to tackle to wind train session later today and then perhaps I can pick up the swim on Friday as they have a 9am ladies session (I think)

  1. The good old thinking about work in the middle of the night aye - I don't have that problem any more but do have a baby to get up to :)
    Hope you got to your wind training session today and can get back on track ready for a brick session and your 20k run on the weekend (if I remember rightly it is this weekend, if not then enjoy a normal bike ride). I like the new blog back ground - good work Liza as I can now post replies.
